  • Urgent
    • You have work that must happen as soon as possible
    • Example: This SFP has failed, and work is blocked until it is replaced
    • $400 NRC
  • Standard
    • You have work that should happen within the next business day; the sooner, the better
    • Example: I need this serial cable moved to another chassis; my work is blocked
    • $325 NRC
  • Scheduled
    • You have work that can wait for a scheduled service visit
    • Example: This drive needs to be replaced according to our procedure; it can wait until our usual Thursday service visit
    • $75 NRC
